Breathers for 97 j30

I want/trying to install some breathers for my j30. I have seen others do it, but there is a problem where they install to. On one side you would hav the breathers and where the stock pipe would connect wouldnt be anything?:eek: Would i just sill the part or what?:banghead: Somebody lend some info
