Engine Swap

:confused: Does anyone know if the B18c5 will swap into a del Sol? Also, what other changes will be needed if it can? :confused:

the swap is a straight drop in. everything you will need to swap the motor into a civic or integra will also be needed to drop it into the del sol. engine, tranny, ecu... and all that good stuff will have you kicking some ass in your type r motor. make sure you get the LSD with that so you can really have some fun.

can i hook a turbo kit up on it?

There are a lot of turbo sol owners out there. I have seen turbo's on d16's, b16's, b18's. There is a sol in the new sport compact car with a turbo on it.

The c-5 package will run at least $5k then add on labor for install. I think the b18c1 (gsr) is a cheaper route with still a lot of power to build from. The GSR has 170hp with 128 lbs of torque.
