98 Malibu 4 cyl (what problems have you had?)

I have one with 51,000 mi. and plan to keep it, what long range problems are there with the 2.4 4 cyl??

I also have a 98 4 cyl with 68k mile. The alternator was changed once under warranty. THe water pump was changed once. Nothing wrong with it. Dealer was just greedy to change out under warranty claiming it is leaky but I know I did not loose a single drop of coolant over the year. Well free changing coolant for me while doing it. Otherwise, knock on wood. Never fail to start on first crank and still looks new.
