jdm b18c wire harness

hey, I have a jdm b18c and Im swapping it into 92 cx. I have a question about the wireing. I have heard that this swap is easy except that on jdm engines the wring is backwards. I dont know much what this means. I have a mechanic that will do the swap for me but I want to tell him everything he needs to know about the wireing.
