02 TB blowing ignition fuse

Intermittent prob where the 10A ignition fuse sometimes blows at startup. Sometimes it starts, but the tach jumps around (motor does not surge), no turn signals, no cruise control, A/C blows warm air and the fuse is blown. I've taken it to the dealer with no help and to a gas station guy who also can't find a prob. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ignition switches are a common failure point on TB's. I'd swap out the ignition switch.
