alright i rebuilt my talon and i used all grade A parts head studs hks gaskets the whole nine yards. now when i first got it back together it ran for a couple minutes and then it died and started doing what it was doing before the rebuild. which it would start and then die right after. now i checked the timing and its perfect everything is tight and connected. but still when i turn the key it just cranks and then it will start run at like 3k idle and then just die. any imput would be great cause it just boggles me i mean almost 80% of the car is brand new including the ecu

Sure everything is hooked up right? Check your harnesses.
If everything looks good, can't hurt for you to do a compression test. Than come back here and post the numbers. It will help us a little better in diagnosising a purely engine problem. But make sure your components are good, (IE coil pack, spark plugs, fuel pump, injectors etc. ) first.

alright my compression is 185 187 190 185, which should be great as far as i know. i check the fuel flow and it flows great, but when i checked for spark via the plug wires it had nothing. i changed the coil pack and stuff but still nothing wont start at all just cranks the fuses are all good.
any suggestions on what else to check electrical wise

Do you have a multi-meter or volt meter or whatever. So you can check current to see if you have current to the coil pack? If you know there is no power at the coil keep tracing it back until you find where you do have power.
It sounds like maybe something is disconnected.

Or a Test light, one of my favorite tools, everyone should have one.
