2000 sunfire lights and starting problem

I have a 2000 sunfire my high beam lights dont work for starters. Next all the dash lights flicks on and off on times. Then one morning the car wouldn't start it would start and shut off after about 2 seconds. now it well start sometimes and when i go over a bump the all the dash lights would flick on then off can anyone please help?

sounds like a loose ground wire on the panel lights....

sounds like the problem i had with my 2000 Z24 2.4L, lights flickered, needles went crazy, and wouldnt start...

All i did was pull the positive cable off the battery, and pulled the little bolt out of the cable (its tough but it will go..) cleaned the corrosion from the contacts... runs like a dream...
