Help with this code please

Its giving me this code. P0505 Its Idle Control system malfunction.
What the heck does that mean ? Sensors's fault or TPS .. Any help any one please. I want to fix it but I gotta figure out whats malfuntioning/.

I used to get that code every once in a while. My car would just idle high sometimes(that damn screw adjusting itself) and the computer would throw a code on it. I would just erase it and it would come back months later. What's your idle at?

Its trying to stall all the time and its playing with the RPM's from 250 to 1500. From what I hear from people its the ISC. Idle Speed Control. Any one ever have this thing replaced ? Where is it ?

So its the ISC. Can I be able to use one from a 6 bolt engine ? There are a lot of 6 bolts around here. I need to get a ISC just from a turbo engine or would it work from a 6 bolt non turbo ?
