ANy one have a source for this part? WOuld rather not pay full dealer freight if possible. Isn't there a dealer in the south/midwest that has a substantial discount on parts?

Try checking out the FAQs.
Where can I purchase OEM parts?
The guys at St Charles Isuzu, have the best prices on OEM parts (free shipping). Mention you heard about them on the web and they will give you an additional discount. Make sure you tell them your heard about them from the Isuzu FAQ page!
Toll Free: 800-727-8066

BTW, Anyone have any luck having their crossover fabricated by a shop instead of purchasing OEM?

any muffler shop can fabricate it, it's fairly a simple cut and weld issue.
