Theft code car will not start

My car will only run for a couple seconds, and the theft code light on the dash is on, anyone know how to reset this or something????

What year and model?


have you tried spare keys and same issues?

its in the manual but all you need to do is start the car let it stall and leave it in that position for ten minutes or untill the theft light stops flashing this will reset the resistant code with the anti theft computer and your good to go. simply turn the key off and start the car.
