Oil Changes

What kind of oil do you guys use, and how offten to do you change it?
Dose it mater what Kind of oil filter I get?

mobil 1 extended performance 10w30 is what i use

i use fram double guard filter

Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic and a K&N oil filter. I hate Fram....

due to me not having time to change my oil in this car (my dad's truck is something different) i go to firestone or jiffy lube to get mine changed.... 10w30 synthetic blend. booo yahhhh
