I just got an Alpine NVE-N851A DVD Navigation system from a buddy of mine and i'm going to do the installation myself. Where i need help is that the installation guide is telling me to locate a few wires for the Nav.

is there anyone that can tell me where i can locate or the best area i can get the follwoing wires from my 1996 I30 to connect to the Nav?

I need to find:
1. Illumination (Dimmer) (+)
2. Parking Brake signal line
3. Speed Sensor (VSS) (Digital or Analog 0v - 3v

Sounds like a good idea. Just tell what I should take pics of so that I can post a good informative domain.

Pics need to be from key points of your installation process: overall & details. Wire colors, attachment screws, how to open etc...

Every odd detail written down...
