Blower Resistor

How do I change the blower resistor on a 01 sunfire? I can see one little bolt and know where the other is but, I have no idea how I go about getting it out. Do i remove the blower motor as well? Do i go through the glove box or what? PLease help.

It is usually easier to go under the dash to get to this. Remove the fan and the resistor usually comes out fairly easily after that. You may want to remove the passenger seat to give you room to get to it. If you take the fan out lubricate the motor bearing with a little 3 and 1 oil while you have it out.
