Yep.
To elaborate, a turbo doesn't care what motor it's on. Tranny doesn't matter and really (except for overall power handling), the only factor is engine size and proper fuel and timing mods to keep the motor alive. Too small a turbo will do nothing, and too big a turbo will take too long to spool up and wont do anything either.

Like I explained before I'm a total noob =(. So I'm hoping you guys can help me out with all my current and future questions lol.
1. When I bought my car from the dealer, my 99 Sunfire had already been lowered. It also seems like the suspension has been modified (cause its new atleast the springs by what I can tell). Except the tires & rims it used to have seem to have been removed and the factory ones were reinstalled.
So my problem is that when I reach around 55mph and go over a bumpy road my car will bounce all around. I don't loose control it runs great and in a straight line but I don't like the bouncing around. It bounces around alot more than what it should. This also happens if I go over a speed bump even though its 20mph. I've seen my neighbors car go over the same bump and it doesn't even bounce to the left or to the right like my car does.
So I was wondering should I just install the whole suspension/springs ect?
Or should I buy smaller tires and see if that works.
I don't know the size of the old tires, so it would be kinda of hard to estimate =\.
P.S The front of my car is lower than the rear of my car. And the rear actually seems like it was raised. If you need a picture I can post it.
Thanks you all very much,
EBC

the struts are bad then

the struts are stock as well. if you are going to do suspension, make sure it's done COMPLETELY, in your case you had no control of the situation, but due to you having improper struts for your springrate, the car became "bouncy", with proper struts (shocks) the car would have been "stiff" over bumps and what not. To make it right and still be lowered, get some lowering struts from like eibach or koni (eibach preferred).
Also, you should make a new post to get the full attention of the board. thread jacking is a bad thing and could get good posts locked. it should be ok this time, but just try not to let it become a habit.
