HELP!!! crazy problem

ok this is crazy ... i was sitting in a parking lot with my car running ... and all of a sudden the a/c quit blowing ... so i played with the knob for a second until i realized the lights on the a/c were out .. then i realized my tach was reading zero rpm's but my car was running and then i noticed that my temp gauge said cold all of a sudden ... now 2 days later my gas gauge now reads full even though according to my mileage i should have 1/4 of a tank ... this is crazy ! all fuses under dash check out .. is there another fuse box somewhere that can control all three things ?? please help .. oh and btw ... my interior lights still work on the dash
