my car has manual windows, im wondering if anyone has seen or heard of a conversion to power windows

You need the switches and door panels from a civic with power windows as well as the motors and possibly may need to rig up some wiring...I think

just buy the 2 doors and sell urs. lol otherwise everyhting he said. check if the window mounting points are the same. im pretty sure they are tough
