interchangeable seats?

love my 94 j30 but the seats are killing my back. are the Q45 seats interchangeable? i would love somekind of lumbar support, any sugestions?

the seat itself isn't the problem... the problem would be the wiring harness... you'd definately have to look at both the J30's wiring harness for the seat and the q45's wiring before you even considered the swap... plus height and all... go to a junk yard and look around...
