I have 04 SC (17") and i want to know what the biggest sized tire that i can put on with out liftand rub.

on BFG' All-Terrain

There is no size in the BFG AT that you can fit without rubbing except possibly the 265/70-17 which is a 32x10.50 equivalent more or less. It may require minor trimming, but will otherwise fit very well.
