AEM wideband

I got my aem uego wideband in the mail today. I think I have the wiring all figured out except for 1 thing. It had power ground and analog input. For the analog input it says 0-5v input. What does that mean. It sound like it would replace the signal from my stock 02 sensor. It that what that means. If it does what wire would I splice into. Its on a 2002 2.2 cav
