Does anyone have specs on timing marks? I am replacing the timing belt and don't have a book and need the marks...****Urgent****

Specs?
crank shaft pulley mark lines with timing mark straight up on engine.
loosen tensioner/remove
I and the E on the two cams line up with the divit marks on top the cylinder head cover
recomended torque for tensioner is 28-38 ftlbs
Deflection pressure of 22 lbs on belt after instalation and should travel .36-.45in.
