key code for Citation ignition switch

Lost my ignition key to 85 Chevrolet Citation. Dealer says they don't carry codes for cars that old, so I won't be able to have one made. Does anyone have key codes to 85 chevrolet citation 11. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you go in to the dealer with your vin. You might just need to replace the ignition switch and get a new key with it
