Engine sputtering

i have a 96 stratus 2.4L. When i start the car, it will sput while reaching idle rpm. it sputters rarely at idle, but when i floor it, the engine will sputter horribly, we have changed spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, everything and we have no clue what it is, thanks for the help.

Perhaps the EGR valve or bad EGR transducer. Check the Black round EGR (attached to the valve with vacuum line) transducers bottom for burning/melting or signs of water in it.

i tested out the egr valve and it works 100%, ive looked at other websites and found the same problem, but no answer, must be a mystery :O

Still sounds like secondary ignition breakdown, does the coil pack terminals have corrosion on the tips? Bad coil pack??
