Removing Front Drivers Seat

Ok, So I posted this in the wrong section the first and only time i've really done something on this site other than read. For all you meanies who yelled at me, my sincere apologies.

I need to get whatever is obstructing my seat tracks out so I can move the seat back and forth.

If I have to remove the seat, thats fine...but I have a few questions. Don't laugh if they are stupid.

Are the 4 screws holding in the seat self locking? Meaning is there a bolt somewhere under the car I need to worry about? And secondly when the seat is removed is there any trick to removing material from the seat track?

The bolts under the seat screw into nuts under the truck that are welded to the body. Don't worry about that. As far as cleaning the track, maybe use WD-40 to free it up. Once you get that, wipe off any extra.
