Seat Removal

Can someone tell me how to remove my front seats from my 2000 Xterra, I can't fathom paying $85.00 to have some take the change out of the tracks again. Also, any hints on how to keep the debri from entering the seat tracks?

It's 4 bolts, doesn't get any more obvious than that. Oh, and there's one wire to unplug under the driver's seat.
