Noisy Motor During Acceleration

Hi,

I have noticed that when I first drive my 94 PF XE the engine seems very loud and has a ticking noise. This only happens for the first minute while Iam driving then goes away. The engine sounds fine when it's idling and after driving for 1 minute the noise is gone. The motor has 233 km and has a leak on the rear seal between the engine and transmission (replaced shorlty under Lubrico Warranty whew)? Could this be caused by the rear seal failure or something else? :uhoh:

Any idea what could be causing this noise?
