i bought a radiator support to replace my old bent one and i heard that it was hard to get the old one out but i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this and maybe where the spot welds are located?

u can pretty much see the spot welds.....if you cant, run your finger over where u suspect one should be and it should dip down alittle bit...when i replaced mine i had dirty hands so when i rubbed my finger accross the spot welds they became visible....if u know what i mean......its not hard to get the old one off...just grind where the spot welds are...but make sure u only go down to the second layer of mtal so you have somewhere to weld the new one back on...

I might be a little late in the reply, but I drilled each hole out. I came back and welded each hole. Took some time, but it worked out great.
