inner fender????

my car is messed up under the hood right where the fender bolts to, i guess this is called the inner fender, could someone please correct me if im wrong! but n-e-ways, mines all bent up and i was wondering if it could be replaced, maybe cut out and a good one welded or bolted in maybe? please help me!!!!!!! check pics out here:

Are you talking about the plastic part? that can be replaced. Get new clips, chances are you will break the exsisting ones. From Honda they are a couple $$$ if I remember correctly, you could get the same thing from most any parts store.
