Starte Problems

I have a 1997 pathfinder that has an intermitant staring problem. I took the starter off and had it tested and checked the connections. New battery. THe headlights are bright and stay bright when the key is turned indicating that the starter is not getting fire.
Question: Where is the starter relay on this vehicle?
