95 Escort LX trouble starting, idling

My 95 Escort LX hatchback has problems occasionally with starting. Will turn the key and it will crank and crank but wont start.

Also, when its idling, and even while driving, the engine shakes a bit, like the engine is misfiring or something. It nearly stalls sometimes when I am stopped at a light.

Had similar problems with my 96 Escort, and my 84 Ford LTD as well...and vaguely remember having issues with the MAF sensor?
I've replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the fuel injection system. Any idea what could be causing this?

Have the same problem I had to change the fuel pump the fuel filter and also the gas I put i have to put plus now
