First off im new to this site, just a little FYI. Now I did do a search and I did look through pages of posts in hopes of finding somone with a similar problem. Though knowing me I overlooked a post or didnt do my search right and now im just making another post. If this is the case im sorry in advance. :loser:
In anycase, here is my problem. I got in my car this morning and I noticed that my cd player didnt turn on. The raido and the tape player works, but the cd player fails to turn on. I know there is a disk in the drive but the "Disk Light" is off, if I press the eject button nothing happens, and nothing happens when i press the "cd/change" button. Oh and I did not get the rear cd changer, so this is all related to the front loading player.
I guess my main question is if there is a manual eject button, or somthing I can do to try to kick this thing back on. Ive had no errors with my player today so this has come as quite a shock to me. Any help or ideas would be most.... well helpfull!
I realy do hope my player has not died.

Update:
I ended up talking to the service department, who in turn told me that it had to be taken out and sent off for repair. Here comes the kicker though, they want 200$ for the repair of my player, 75$ to remove the player, and ANOTHER 75$ to put my player back in. On top of all that, they will only give me a 1year waranty. What a joke!! Im just going to go to Best Buy and have them install a new player. Im hoping this will be the best solution, its much cheaper thats for sure.
