Where do I start? Well, I have a manual transmission. Every time I press the gas it takes a minute for the car to actually pick up speed. It will rev the engine first like it's not quite getting gas, almost like if I hit the gas when it's in neutral but it's not. It takes a while to pick up speed. I just got my oil changed and they said my coolant was dirty. Would this have anything to do with it? Plus, when I turn on my cruise control it stays on for a few seconds and then shuts off. Any suggestions or ideas as to what this might be?

i think that i hav the same problem, i hav a 98 z24 (2.4-5 speed) and it seems to act the same way when ur drivn it & give it gas after shifting it revs(with a slightly different exhaust sound) like its not getting enough gas/or maybe 2 much/ untill about 3800-4000 rpm & then u can feel it pull strong... so i would also be thankfull for any suggestions

Sounds like the clutch but its hard to diagnose for certain over the internet.
