Sorry about the length ahead of time, just want you to know exactly what happened...

Big problems today...Let me just start off and say that i ran the car low on oil :banghead: . Started the ol' 93 up and as i took off i noticed a drop in power of the car. When i stoped at a stop sign it acted as if it wanted to shut off but quickly regained rpm's. I drove down the main street toward a highway about 2 miles away (heading towards my step dads muffler shop to get a lifter knocking noise checked out). The farther i drove down the highway the power decreased... by the time i got off the highway (about 10 miles). I stopped at a light to turn left under the highway. As i was stopped i put the car in neutral and kept rpm's up in fear that it was going to shut off. When i took off from the light i had considerably less power then what i stared with at my house. Then things got real bad. About a mile down the road the knock turned into a loud squeaky knock with power diminishing at that point. The loud squeaky knock seemed to be coming from the oil pan. So i pulled over like i was driving miss daisy cause the lack of power and as soon i let off of the gas it shut off. The car got really hot at this point. It was shooting water out of a hose under the intake manifold. I let the car cool down for an hour or so and went back and tried to start it...it stared but had a loud knock coming from the block when you rev'd it a bit. Im thinking the knock got louder and developed a squeak because the engine got hotter...When the car is cool it runs fine but with very little power...as you rev a bit the knock grows louder, then as rpm's come down it wants to shut off. Please help me!!! Anyone with an idea of what could be the problem? Spun bearing? What is contributing the the lack of power?

Sounds like a spun bearing, found commonly in older dsm's (:D), that doesn't explain your radiator problem though.. Maybe a blown head gasket in the mix? I was racing a turbo civic once and he blew his head gasket, causing coolant to spray everywhere.
