wide body civic....

hey, i remember seeing a picture somewhere online of some wide body 5th gens. They werent USDM, as they had really wide, skinny liscense plate holders in the back. They were much wider, and one had a roof scoop. They looked like they came from the factory that way. One was yellow and one was black. I dont think it was a kit cuz the wheels came out to the wide fenders. I remember they were the widest in the back fenders. But they were for sure 5th gens hatches. Does anyone know anything about thise??? im really curious.
