2001 Dodge Stratus CD Player Reset button?

Well i think i blew my cd player in my 01 stratus, I unhooked my amp and the ground and the remote wire touched. The cd player dont work but i can get the time on it to work when i hit the time button? I checked the fuse under the hood. But couldnt find the fuse for the radio on the side of the dash.

Also if anyone has installed a system in one of these cars, Do any of u guys get a really annoying loud rattle from the rearview mirror? ( mine had the courtesy lights on it ).
