silver lining

Hey i have a 99' Sc1 5 speed transmition and anyway i ran the hell out of it racing and non-sence but the engine rod is knocking and i have to get it rebuilt so everyone has told me well im trying to tune up this car and i was wondering if while he was tearing it apart if there is any good after market thing i could have him replace to notice power and if so if you know where i could get some it would help alot. Also if you kno any sites for the performance mods besides sps and saturnmotorsports and saturnperformance please also post them thanks alot.
