Shocks for a 1990 323

Hi Folks,

We have a 1990 323 HB with 261k miles on it. The front shocks are shot and need replacing.

I was wondering if anyone can pass on a recommendation for brand of shocks, or where you have had good succes having them installed?

Are they easy to instll? If so, I'd love to save on some money. We're on a tight budget and need to save money - so we're not really after anyting too fancy or high performance.

you could check out your local parts store or ebay , the struts are easy to take off , it's getting the spring off the strut thats the tricky part , you can get the tool to do it your self but i would just take the strut assembly to a local shop and have them swap the struts out for you , i would get a front end alignment when you are done
