Need help for window bracket solution.

I finally got off my rear and decided to troubleshoot why my front passenger window wouldn't roll down. I assumed it was off track, which it was. But the glass just didn't come unscrewed like I thought would be the case. The brackets that hold it in place snapped. When it happened I heard it, but I thought it was just glass braking. Turned out the glass didn't brake. The motor works fine, and the window mount/rail is intact. The brackets just snapped. These brackets are white and seem to be attached to the window with some type of black bonding material. The bottom part of the brackets that snapped are still on window mount/rail. My question for anyone who can help me is what's the best way to fix it. I would prefer to get new brackets, but I don't know how to get the bonded peaces off the glass. So I was thinking that I can buy some type of strong bonding material to fasten the broken pieces together. Any suggestions?
Btw, where is the motor that controls the electric locks? The lock on this door will not work. Trying to replace it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
