Do anybody knows how to program the keyless entry remote for a Dodge stratus 96 ?

Remotes are programed with a tool, exclusive to the Chrysler Dealerships, called a DRB3 (Diagnostic Readout box#3). This very expensive tool is the only way to program the remotes into the controllers memory. All of the remotes must be programed together, so if you have 2 remotes then they will need to do both at the same time.
