Not necessarily, the Subaru forums here aren't exactly the most active anyways, but any of us active folk will try to help whenever possible, regardless what country you're from.

The only forums I know of are for Impreza's, I don't even know of any specific Legacy/Liberty forums at all, you may find an Ozzie one though if you look for Liberty forums?
