if anyone would like to meet up in the wa/oregon/idaho area, jus give list it here.

i'd be more than happy to plan it out for ppl, but we are going to need atleast 15-20 ppl for it to be worth it.

I second that. I am also up for one in the Portland Area. Also, maybe have one somewhere in the Seattle area mid-afternoon may 1st, early on the day of HIN in Seattle, before HIN starts. We could all then roll in to HIN after meeting up and check out HIN as a crew.

Well damn that does suck. Hmm, well, let us know when your back in the area, we'll make sure to have one down here sometime when you're back in the Oregon/Washington area. How long will boot camp and AIT training last for you? Do you know where you are going to be stationed at? Also, I do like my May 1st HIN meet idea. I think that everyone should plan it and we should do it. If it happens, we'll make sure to take pics for you, lol.

Well, that makes 2 of us for an HIN meet, and 4-5 cars down here for a Portland Meet. If we have a few nice cars that we could enter in HIN, we should enter them as "AF's Northwest Chapter Car Club" at HIN, and then we could all meet up there, people with the cars in entered and not, and just chill and check it out.

Yea, that WOULD SUCK!!! Well, August is mid-summer, Prime meet time. Let's have a welcome back meet for you or something simlier up there. Keep us posted. Maybe if you are still in the area during Import Rev in the fall, we could all meet up for that like I am trying to plan for HIN.

Well, so that's 4 of us for HIN, maybe 5 or 6. I might have a buddy who's just getting into cars might want to come. This number is getting better now. We can all meet up for a HIN, there or somewhere else close, and attend. Another thought is, if any of us have cars that we could/would be willing to enter, that would be cool. We could enter our little "AF Northwest Chapter" car club. You know, cars that are nice enough they'd fit in. I mean, we're not trying to win anything, lol. We'd have a little home base to go back to in there then. I don't know, but it's a thought.

That would be like 5 or 6 people if you could make it. That would be pretty tight. We should all keep up on this, otherwise the show will sneak up and a meet at HIN will never materialize. How much before hand should we start planning, a month? Probably plan it a little sooner if any of us want to enter cars.

As far as the NorthWest meet in Portland or Seattle or whatever, just let me know when like a month in advance if possible. I can go on short notice but I need to get the other guys and get some time off. Really excited about this. I'd come down on a day's notice but it'd probably just be me.

Well, gnushit listed an upcoming meet. For HIN, that would be possibly between 6-10 or so now for HIN if you could make it, depending on how many ppl you can bring. HIN is in Seattle on May 1st @ the exibition hall near Seahawks Staduim.

Well, you can't see ALL of them for free, unless you know EVERYONE in the show, lol...Last time Dara Sodarno drove up from cali for the show and took home best of show. I don't think any of us are really gonna be seeing that car for free around town, lol. I know what you mean though, shows arn't everyone cup of tea.

Turns out I won't be able to go to the Applebee's meet. I couldn't get the day off, so I'd be leaving at 5PM and not getting there till around 10:30PM with gas fillups and what not. Now, if we could arrange a Portland meet sometime, that might be worth it.

Well, I do know where that is, but it's not exactly in the middle, lol. It's several hours east of pdx and seattle...lol. If you are planning a meet though, keep us posted...I was thinking in half way between seattle and pdx, like this side of the cascades, not east of them, lol.

I was just asking where the meet would be because i heard that it was in the middle of portland and seattle or something maybe i read it wrong. Because i know if its in the middle of those two it would not bee that far of a drive maybe 2 or 3 hours. But know that i think of it i might be a waste of time if only like 20 cars came. I looking for like a big thing like 100 or more i don't know that is possible but i know that would be fun something like fast and furious. j/k

I could possibly get about 20-30 cars together if I know in advance a date and place. I know a crew in Hermiston that would be down for a meet somewhere nearby. I live in the Tri-Cities as well so when some definate plans come up e-mail me at MD96Acura@aol.com and I'll round up the crew. Most of their cars are in the garage til the weather breaks. Hit me up.
