where can i get the jdm integra head lights ??? i dont care how much its for my friend but i tryed to find em and had no luck ...

The JDM Integra conversion is not very cheap. It will cost some money.

LoL, don't forget to tell your friend he's gonna need the new bumper, radiator core support, new fenders, new hood and prolly some other parts, oh yeah, I've seen the headlights for like $600 a pair i think
