Possible window regulator recall

I have a friend that is a mechanic at the Nissan dealership- he told me today they are going to issue a recall on the power window regulators for 2000-2001 Xterras and they are starting to mail out letters tomorrow (dec. 22nd).

Let me know if you guys get a letter please. I switched my Canadian warranty to the US, but who knows if they've got my address in their computers. I've got a drivers side manifold due for replacement, maybe I can get them done at the same time.

Its not drivetrain related thats why i posted it in the General section

So you did confirm that your driver's side is cracked too? Mine is really bad now, but I'm out or warranty. Wish it would have gone at the same time the other side did! BTW, sure would be nice if Nissan would offer up something ont he manifolds...they are without question the most common problem on these things!
