I was wondering if anyone here knows where i can find some JDM taillights for my Del Sol. I am looking for the ones that are white across the top and all red at the bottom.

Those arent JDM. The ones you are talking about you have to make yourself. The JDM tails look just like ours only without the tiny reflectors on the sides of em.

Teeheee I know how to make em. And if I would ever get less busy I would finish the ones I have here. :D Send me a pair of OEM tails and a pair of either just the lenses or the whole altezza tail lights, and I can make em for ya. Easy once you figure the whole procedure out.
