Help with ECU!!!!!

I'm getting all of my parts for my swap together. I'm picking up my b18c5 next weekend. I know I'm a newbie and we are getting bashed pretty hard on here, but I still have this question after doing quite a bit of research. That being said, I don't know what to do about the ECU. Do I need the Type R ECU and a harness? I also heard that I could get a '95 GS-R ECU and that will work. I have also seen that I can get the ECU from the shell programed to work. I am installing a VTEC controller with the swap as well. Are all of these options accurate, and if so what do you guys think my best choice would be. Thanks for your time and input. :smile:
