header installation

I am about to install DC Sport 4-1 Stainless steel header on my 92 4dr dx civic. The question I have is that should I replace or reuse the gasket and the bolts from the orig header?

Honda FSM indicates that those parts needs to be replaced, but I am not sure if I really need to.
