ECU Problem Check engine light!!

Hi i have a 99 civic dx with the mini me swap d16y8 head and ecu im getting the check engine light with code 45 (too lean or too rich) does anybody know why this is happening?? i check all the wiring can anybody help? thanks :banghead:

get an fpr and adjust it up or down till you run right an the engine light turns off
