The intake itself is not the determining factor of a high quality intake as you will note if you read endless threads written before on intakes. All an intake itself is a bent tube what makes the difference is a high quality filter. I suggest getting a moderatly priced intake and throwing a k&n filter on it.

I've been lookin for a long time and injen and aem seem to always come out on top so it really comes own to price... i've known people with both and they were both very satified with both brands

AEM and injen probably come out on top cuz of quality filters.

If I were you since you owned a 91 tegra.... just invest $25.00 worth of PCV pipe.... just as good as any CAI and its cheap too but if you had a vtech 1.8 L then its worth the money to buy a AEM or any CAI
just my 2 cents

no matter what engine is in there good airflow is good airflow and that equals power, if you would buy AEM for a gsr if you had it, then buy AEM for your car, but my CAI cost me 18 bucks including PVC, sewer coupler, and filter off of ebay, but id go wiht a K&N filter if you go with the PVC.

I just ignore it, noone EVER sems to learn. the part that really bugs me though is the people who are selling GSR's or ITR's and SI's and they call it vtech, you can tell theyve never popped the hood on that sucker.
