lumpy running

I pressure-washed the engine in my 1996 626 and since then she's been running rough and the engine alert light is on.

I used a service station tire air line to blow out any moisture around those deep-recessed sparking plugs, but the lumpiness remains and that pesky engine alert light is still on.

Any further suggestions, people?
