Hooked up battery backwards. I have nothing.

1995 Isuzu trooper. Hooked the battery up backwards. Poles were opposite of my old battery and I was in a hurry. Stupidest thing I've ever done. Checked fuses, changed ECM fuse. Still nothing. What's next?
