Welcome to the forum!

The factory service manual suggests the following possible causes:

-- FTP open.
-- FTP short to VREF or VPWR.
-- VREF shorted to VPWR.
-- SIG RTN open.
-- Damaged FTP sensor.
-- Damaged PCM.

The Fuel Tank Pressure transducer is mounted in the top of the fuel tank. The tank will need to be dropped to replace it once you complete the diagnostics to confirm the FTP transducer is the problem.
